Geoff Mulgan on social innovation successes & failures

Geoff worked 7 years for Tony Blair to innovate the social services top down. He know is director of the succesfull young institute (developed open university) which tries to do the same button up. They start a string of small innovations and accelerate them when they work. Not technology centric but creative destruction is essential. Also we talk british politics and the difference between labour & conservatives. They started a new kind of studio highschool where work & learning is combined. Long interesting interview.
